This service is inspired by research shared on the Huberman Lab podcast, where Professor Huberman highlights the health advantages of experiencing sunlight early in the day.
According to Professor Huberman, exposure to sunlight shortly after waking can enhance cortisol release, aiding in preparing the body for restful sleep later in the day. The initial rise in cortisol levels in the morning can also have positive effects on the immune system, metabolism, and focus throughout the day.
In addition to its physiological benefits, morning sunlight plays a crucial role in regulating the body's circadian rhythm, influencing processes such as sleep-wake cycles, hunger cues, and body temperature management.
